To access our services, all customers are required to complete the booking process via our official website, phone call, or WhatsApp. Bookings are considered confirmed only after full or partial payment is received. Customers must provide correct personal details, including name, contact number, preferred dates, number of participants, and selected services. Availability of specific services such as priest slots or hotel types is not guaranteed for last-minute bookings and may involve additional charges during high-demand periods like Pitru Paksha.

Guests engaging our services are expected to respect religious norms, behave courteously toward service staff and locals, and maintain the spiritual environment of Gaya Ji. Pilgrimage etiquette includes dressing modestly, abstaining from disruptive behavior, and complying with ritual procedures guided by the Pandit Ji. Service charges are subject to change depending on group size, hotel category, time of year, and ritual complexity. Taxes and additional temple entry charges are not always included and will be informed at the time of booking. All prices are disclosed transparently during the booking process. We do not accept liability for price fluctuations beyond our control due to changes in third-party partner rates.

While we verify and vet our partners, Gaya Ji Dham shall not be held responsible for damages, theft, injury, or losses arising from hotel stays, transport, or acts of third-party providers. Pilgrims are encouraged to take personal care of valuables and remain cautious during local travel.

Any legal disputes or issues arising from the usage of this website and services shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of courts in Gaya, Bihar, India.
