Refund Policy

Customer-Initiated Cancellations

We understand that circumstances may arise where travelers need to cancel their plans. Cancellations made more than 15 days before the scheduled date of service are eligible for a 90% refund. Those made between 7 days before the scheduled service date will receive a 50% refund. If cancellation is made within 72 hours of the appointment, no refund will be processed due to pre-commitments of rituals, hotel, or staff. All cancellation requests must be submitted with a valid booking ID via email  contact@gayajidham.org or WhatsApp.

Non-Refundable Bookings

Certain services are non-refundable. These include Pind Daan rituals once the Pandit Ji has been assigned, hotel bookings with non-cancellable terms, and cab services cancelled on the same day of travel. Group rituals where logistics have already been executed are also ineligible for refunds once confirmed.

Cancellation by Gaya Ji Dham

In exceptional circumstances, if Gaya Ji Dham must cancel or alter a confirmed service due to emergencies, natural calamities, or religious restrictions, customers will be entitled to either a full refund or an option to reschedule at no extra cost.

Refund Timeline

Refunds are initiated within 2–3 business days and usually reflect in the original payment method within 7–10 working days. In case of technical delays by banks or UPI systems, customers will be notified and provided with tracking references.
